Really old-fashioned and unfriendly. This year I was often in the beer garden and on the terrace. Either the service is overwhelmed or it is the style of the house. It's really not fun.

There is nothing better here ????

Very nice service. The ambience is superbly located in the forest. The cheesecake could have been bigger, I would have liked to pay more for it, a drawback.

Delicious food and comfortable seating on the terrace. Adjacent there is the possibility to visit the beer garden. You can stop here after a leisurely stroll.

Nice beer garden ... well organized even during Corona times ... Eating a little too much convenience products for my taste. Rating applies only to the beer garden.

Eat: The menu was clear and well structured, not too many dishes, it raised our expectations. Appetizer aioli, very tasty. The main course was chanterelles with bread dumplings (€ 13.50). Unfortunately the dumplings were very small (homemade?) And the whole dish was drowned in cream sauce. With only 10 chanterelles a somewhat poor portion. Herbs, parsley or an optical green side dish were missing. Lower average taste, nothing special. Wiener schnitzel with cranberries u. Baked potato (€ 21.50) was average in taste, for the price it could have been better in taste. The Einbecker draft beer was delicious. Small but good wine selection. The drinks had a positive impact on the assessment. 2 out of 5 points Ambience: Beer garden visually appealing. Wooden interior, cozy. Unfortunately, a mountain bike was parked at a dining table in the dining room, and after walking all evening, the employees elegantly re-laid the table around the bike. Respect, that was consistent. Waited for them to put a napkin on the bike ;-) Without words. Here the restaurant owner seems to have just as little professionalism as his employees, which I will come to next ... benevolent 2 out of 5 points Service: Unfortunately, no trained service staff, food at the next table only came after 45 minutes, we had no cutlery, MA went empty Hands off the table, hospitality was totally missing (and friendliness costs nothing!). The beer garden is very nice. Beer tastes good.

We were on June 20. Saturday, 6:00 p.m. in the beer garden, unfortunately it was a little disappointing, some drinks were no longer available, some dishes were no longer available, which I think has nothing to do with the current situation like.

Been there today to have a delicious meal again ... unfortunately we weren't really well there! Service: We wanted to sit inside. After the table was assigned, the cards were brought straight away. But that no one came for the next 20 minutes was bad. After I asked at the bar whether we were no longer served, since there was no reaction to waving, someone came after 1-2 minutes. On the hint that a couple from the outside already had something to drink, even though they had arrived much later, we got the senseless answer: we pay more attention to the outside ..... but your jaw opens ... Later, too, e.g. not even asked if we want something to drink etc. Food: Wiener Schnitzel was good. Side dish was quite salty. So all in all, means Asparagus with salmon ... salmon was good, unfortunately the asparagus was more than firm to the bite, which might also be due to the quick preparation time of only 10 minutes ... In summary, the food was mediocre and the service insufficient. Too bad for the first visit ...

The service was super nice. Even though we sat in the restaurant, she brought us extra beer from the beer garden :) The salads were very tasty (especially the one with fried asparagus) and the portions were big enough :) love to come back

Was only there for a coffee and a drink. I sat in the smoking lounge, outside. Warmth and cosiness were provided with blankets and radiant heaters. The service was very friendly and courteous. The ambience is cozy, rustic and very pleasant. For the drinks and the service the price-performance ratio was very good.

In the cold season there was delicious tea and cocoa, the food at the next table looked very good. It is cozy and the service was very nice. Gladly again ...

We were with a larger group. And we were very impressed by the very nice and attentive service. The food was very tasty and adequate. Very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit again. ???
